Art2Canvas is a commercial service of Next Gen Matrix. Card or payment statements may show NEXT GEN MATRIX rather than Art2Canvas.

2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms & Conditions apply to consumer orders placed through art2canvas.com. By placing an order, you confirm that the order information is correct, that you accept these Terms & Conditions and that you understand the product is personalised to your specifications. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

3. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Each canvas is produced from the image, crop, layout, size and other options selected by the customer. The on-screen preview is intended to show composition and layout, but screens and printed materials reproduce colour differently. Minor variations in colour, texture, positioning, edge wrapping, panel alignment and production tolerances can occur and are not automatically defects.

4. CUSTOMER IMAGES AND RIGHTS
You must own the image you upload or have all permissions necessary to reproduce it as a printed product. You must not upload unlawful content or content that infringes copyright, privacy, personality, trademark or other third-party rights. You remain responsible for the content you provide. Art2Canvas may refuse an order where production would be unlawful or reasonably expose Art2Canvas to third-party claims.

5. IMAGE QUALITY AND ENHANCEMENT
Art2Canvas provides print-quality guidance based on the uploaded source, selected physical size, crop and zoom. Quality indicators are estimates and cannot guarantee a particular visual result. Where available, image enhancement or upscaling may be offered or used as part of the production-preparation workflow. The original upload is retained separately and the production workflow may require the customer to approve the source used for final production.

6. PRICES, VAT AND SHIPPING
Prices are shown in the currency selected or detected by the site. François Heusdens EI currently operates under the French VAT exemption regime: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. If the applicable tax status changes, checkout and invoices will reflect the rules in force at the time of the transaction. Shipping availability and charges follow the active checkout policy. Where free shipping in Europe is enabled, standard shipping to eligible European destinations (EU/EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland) is free; any applicable surcharge is shown before payment.

7. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card and supported fiat payments are processed through the configured payment provider, including Stripe where offered. Your statement may identify the merchant as NEXT GEN MATRIX.

Where USDC is offered, the checkout identifies the supported network, destination wallet, amount and required confirmations. You are responsible for using the exact supported network and payment instructions shown. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Network fees are separate unless expressly stated. Payments sent using an unsupported network, token or destination may be difficult or impossible to recover. Public blockchain data, including wallet addresses and transaction hashes, may be visible permanently on the relevant network.

8. ORDER FORMATION AND PRODUCTION
An order is accepted when payment has been successfully authorised or confirmed and Art2Canvas records the order for production. Art2Canvas may contact you if production cannot proceed because of a technical, image-quality, compliance or fulfilment problem. If Art2Canvas cannot fulfil an accepted order, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be provided.

9. NO CHANGE-OF-MIND CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL
Art2Canvas products are made to the customer's specifications and are clearly personalised. The statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right applicable to many distance purchases does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or returned simply because the customer changes their mind. This policy does not affect statutory rights where goods are damaged, defective, not delivered or not in conformity with the contract.

10. DELIVERY
Delivery is normally estimated at approximately 7–14 days depending on destination, product and carrier conditions. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding. For additional information, see Shipping & Delivery.

11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
If a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the ordered specification, contact info@art2canvas.com with the order reference and, where useful, photographs. Art2Canvas will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include replacement, repair where appropriate, price reduction or refund. French and EU statutory conformity rights are not limited by these Terms.

12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Art2Canvas is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for problems caused by customer-supplied content, incorrect delivery details, unsupported payment methods or circumstances outside reasonable control.

13. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data and uploaded images are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. CONSUMER MEDIATION
After first contacting Art2Canvas in writing and attempting to resolve a dispute directly, an eligible consumer may refer the dispute to the designated consumer mediator:

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain available. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to give up a court or jurisdiction right that cannot legally be waived.

17. NEWSLETTER PROMOTION
The 15% newsletter promotion is optional and requires explicit consent to receive Art2Canvas marketing emails. Registration is limited to one time per email address. Each issued code is linked to the registered email address, applies once to the product subtotal only, does not reduce shipping charges, and cannot be combined with another discount unless Art2Canvas expressly states otherwise. Unsubscribing later does not recreate eligibility or generate another code, and does not invalidate an unused code already issued. The code is redeemed only when payment is successfully confirmed.
