Which files can I upload?
The editor accepts JPEG, PNG and WebP images up to 30 MB each.

Can I change the canvas after uploading?
Yes. For split-canvas designs you can switch between available panel styles and sizes while keeping the same uploaded image in the editor.

What does the print-quality warning mean?
The quality meter estimates effective DPI after physical print size, crop, rotation and zoom are applied. A source image can be suitable for a small canvas but too soft for a much larger format.

Can I save more than one version?
Yes. Save each composition separately. Saved designs can be reviewed and reloaded with their original image and transform data for up to 90 days in the same browser.

Can I add a saved design directly to the basket?
Yes. The Saved designs page has both Reload in editor and Add to basket actions.

What kinds of images can I print?
Photographs, digital artwork and your own scanned or photographed art can be used. You must have the right to reproduce any image you upload.

Does the gap in the preview remove part of my image?
No. For split-panel compositions the source image is continuous across the complete composition. The visible gaps represent spacing between the finished panels on the wall.

What if my image is marked low quality?
Try a smaller physical size, reduce the zoom, or upload a higher-resolution source. You may acknowledge the warning and save the design, but visible softness or pixelation can occur.

Is print-quality enhancement included?
Yes, after payment and only where the selected size and crop can benefit from it. This is a production-preparation service linked to the paid order, not a public image upscaler.

Will Art2Canvas replace my original image automatically?
No. The original remains untouched. When an enhanced version is prepared, you compare Original and Enhanced and explicitly choose Use enhanced image or Keep original.

How is print quality judged after purchase?
Against the exact purchased canvas, final crop, zoom, panel or photo-slot dimensions and effective source pixels. Raw megapixels alone are not used as the decision.

When is my order ready for production?
When every production image has an explicitly approved source. Art2Canvas then locks the final production files and moves the order into its production workflow.
